Refund Policy

At International School of Design (INSD) Jaipur, we value transparency and aim to offer our students and applicants a fair and clear understanding of our refund procedures. Kindly read the refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under specific conditions and timelines as outlined below:
Application Fee
The application fee is strict and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Course Fee (Before Commencement)
- If a student chooses to withdraw before the course commencement, 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- A formal written request must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the start date.
Course Fee (After Commencement)
- Once the course has begun, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
- This includes students withdrawing voluntarily, due to academic dismissal, or on disciplinary grounds.
Short-Term Courses / Workshops
No refunds will be provided once registration is completed for short-term courses, workshops, and seminars.
Cancellation by INSD Jaipur
In rare cases where a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will be comprehensively supported and offered:

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
INSD Jaipur reserves the right to revise the refund policy without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on our website.
